Just use this form and put URGENT in the subject line - we check these constantly throughout the day. Most urgent stuff gets handled within 2-4 hours, sometimes even faster if we're online. We know how stressful interview prep can be so we try to be quick with technical issues especially if you've got an interview coming up.
Usually within 24 hours but honestly most messages get replied to within 6-12 hours. Technical problems we try to fix same day. If it's just feedback or feature requests we'll at least let you know we got your message within a day and then follow up properly within 48 hours max.
Just tell us your account email if you're already a member, explain what's going wrong, and maybe include any error messages you're seeing. If it's a tech issue let us know what browser you're using. The more details the better - saves us from going back and forth asking questions which just wastes everyone's time.
Not yet - we stick to email through this form for now since it lets us give you proper detailed answers and keep track of everything. Our email response is pretty fast though so it usually works out better than waiting on hold anyway.
